Giới thiệu
Chính sách này áp dụng cho CyberTin và các phần mềm do Atin Productions phát triển. CyberTin là ứng dụng chạy trên máy Mac của người dùng, giúp duyệt và truyền tệp giữa máy tính và tài khoản Google Drive của chính người dùng đó.
Dữ liệu CyberTin truy cập
Khi người dùng đăng nhập bằng tài khoản Google, CyberTin xin quyền https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive để đọc và quản lý tệp trong Google Drive của người dùng. Cụ thể ứng dụng truy cập:
- Tên tệp và thư mục, kích thước, thời gian sửa đổi
- Ảnh xem trước (thumbnail) của tệp trên Drive
- Nội dung tệp, chỉ khi người dùng chủ động tải xuống hoặc tải lên
- Danh sách quyền chia sẻ, chỉ khi người dùng mở bảng quản lý cộng tác viên
Mục đích sử dụng
Dữ liệu chỉ được dùng để hiển thị danh sách tệp trong giao diện ứng dụng và để thực hiện đúng thao tác người dùng yêu cầu: tải xuống, tải lên, đổi tên, chia sẻ, phân quyền, chuyển vào thùng rác hoặc xoá.
CyberTin không dùng dữ liệu Google Drive cho quảng cáo, không phân tích hành vi người dùng, không dùng để huấn luyện mô hình trí tuệ nhân tạo và không bán cho bất kỳ bên nào.
Nơi lưu trữ dữ liệu
Atin Productions không vận hành máy chủ nào cho CyberTin. Tệp được truyền trực tiếp giữa máy Mac của người dùng và máy chủ Google qua kết nối được mã hoá, không đi qua bất kỳ hạ tầng nào của Atin Productions. Nội dung tệp chỉ nằm trên máy của người dùng và trong tài khoản Google Drive của họ.
Mã truy cập và mã làm mới được lưu trong Keychain của macOS trên chính máy người dùng, và chỉ được gửi tới máy chủ xác thực của Google. Danh sách tệp hiển thị trong ứng dụng chỉ tồn tại trong bộ nhớ tạm khi ứng dụng đang chạy và biến mất khi đóng ứng dụng.
Chia sẻ với bên thứ ba
CyberTin không chia sẻ dữ liệu Google của người dùng với bất kỳ bên thứ ba nào.
Tuân thủ chính sách Limited Use của Google
Việc CyberTin sử dụng và chuyển giao thông tin nhận được từ Google API sang bất kỳ ứng dụng nào khác đều tuân thủ Chính sách dữ liệu người dùng của Dịch vụ API Google, bao gồm các yêu cầu Limited Use.
CyberTin's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Thu hồi quyền và xoá dữ liệu
Người dùng có thể bấm Ngắt kết nối trong CyberTin để xoá phiên đăng nhập khỏi Keychain trên máy đó.
Người dùng cũng có thể thu hồi toàn bộ quyền của CyberTin bất kỳ lúc nào tại trang quản lý quyền của tài khoản Google. Sau khi thu hồi, CyberTin không còn truy cập được dữ liệu Google Drive nào.
Vì Atin Productions không lưu trữ dữ liệu Google của người dùng trên bất kỳ máy chủ nào, không có dữ liệu nào cần yêu cầu chúng tôi xoá.
Trẻ em
CyberTin không hướng tới người dùng dưới 13 tuổi và không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ em.
Thay đổi chính sách
Khi chính sách này thay đổi, phiên bản mới sẽ được đăng tại chính địa chỉ này kèm ngày cập nhật mới.

Privacy Policy
This policy applies to CyberTin and other software developed by Atin Productions. CyberTin is an application that runs on the user's Mac and helps them browse and transfer files between their computer and their own Google Drive account.
Data CyberTin accesses
When a user signs in with their Google account, CyberTin requests the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive scope in order to read and manage files in that user's Google Drive. Specifically, the application accesses:
- File and folder names, sizes, and modification times
- Thumbnail previews of files stored in Drive
- File content, only when the user actively downloads or uploads a file
- Sharing permissions, only when the user opens the collaborator management panel
How the data is used
The data is used solely to display the file listing inside the application interface and to carry out the exact operations the user requests: download, upload, rename, share, manage permissions, move to trash, or delete.
CyberTin does not use Google Drive data for advertising, does not perform behavioural analytics, does not use it to train artificial intelligence models, and does not sell it to anyone.
Where data is stored
Atin Productions operates no servers for CyberTin. Files are transferred directly between the user's Mac and Google's servers over an encrypted connection, and never pass through any Atin Productions infrastructure. File content resides only on the user's own machine and in their Google Drive account.
Access and refresh tokens are stored in the macOS Keychain on the user's own device, and are transmitted only to Google's authentication servers. The file listing shown in the application exists only in memory while the application is running and is discarded when it closes.
Sharing with third parties
CyberTin does not share users' Google data with any third party.
Compliance with Google's Limited Use policy
CyberTin's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking access and deleting data
A user may click Disconnect inside CyberTin to remove the stored session from the Keychain on that machine.
A user may also revoke all of CyberTin's permissions at any time from their Google account permissions page. Once revoked, CyberTin can no longer access any Google Drive data.
Because Atin Productions stores no Google user data on any server, there is no stored data for users to request deletion of.
Children
CyberTin is not directed at users under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this same address with a new revision date.
