Chấp nhận điều khoản
Bằng việc tải về, cài đặt hoặc sử dụng CyberTin và các phần mềm do Atin Productions phát triển, người dùng đồng ý với các điều khoản dưới đây. Nếu không đồng ý, xin đừng sử dụng phần mềm.
Mô tả phần mềm
CyberTin là ứng dụng chạy trên máy Mac, cho phép người dùng duyệt và truyền tệp giữa máy tính của mình và tài khoản Google Drive của chính mình. Phần mềm hoạt động hoàn toàn trên máy người dùng; Atin Productions không vận hành máy chủ trung gian nào cho việc truyền tệp.
Tài khoản Google của người dùng
Người dùng tự chịu trách nhiệm về tài khoản Google của mình và về dữ liệu trong tài khoản đó. Việc sử dụng Google Drive thông qua CyberTin đồng thời chịu sự điều chỉnh của điều khoản dịch vụ và chính sách quyền riêng tư của Google.
Người dùng có thể thu hồi quyền truy cập của CyberTin bất kỳ lúc nào trong phần cài đặt bảo mật của tài khoản Google.
Sử dụng hợp lệ
Người dùng cam kết không dùng phần mềm để:
- Truy cập dữ liệu mà mình không có quyền hợp pháp
- Vi phạm pháp luật hiện hành hoặc quyền của người khác
- Phát tán mã độc hoặc nội dung bất hợp pháp
- Can thiệp, dịch ngược hoặc phá hoại hoạt động bình thường của phần mềm
Sở hữu trí tuệ
Phần mềm, tên gọi, logo và giao diện thuộc quyền sở hữu của Atin Productions. Người dùng được cấp quyền sử dụng cá nhân, không độc quyền, không chuyển nhượng. Tệp và dữ liệu của người dùng vẫn hoàn toàn thuộc về người dùng.
Miễn trừ bảo đảm
Phần mềm được cung cấp "nguyên trạng", không kèm bảo đảm dưới bất kỳ hình thức nào. Atin Productions không cam kết phần mềm luôn hoạt động không lỗi, không gián đoạn, hay phù hợp với mọi mục đích sử dụng.
Người dùng nên tự sao lưu dữ liệu quan trọng trước khi thực hiện các thao tác di chuyển hoặc xoá tệp.
Giới hạn trách nhiệm
Trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép, Atin Productions không chịu trách nhiệm với bất kỳ thiệt hại gián tiếp, ngẫu nhiên hay hệ quả nào phát sinh từ việc sử dụng phần mềm, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn ở mất mát dữ liệu, gián đoạn công việc hay tổn thất lợi nhuận.
Dịch vụ của bên thứ ba
CyberTin kết nối tới Google Drive thông qua API chính thức của Google. Atin Productions không kiểm soát và không chịu trách nhiệm về tính khả dụng, thay đổi chính sách hay sự cố của dịch vụ Google.
Thay đổi và chấm dứt
Atin Productions có thể cập nhật phần mềm và điều khoản này theo thời gian. Phiên bản mới sẽ được đăng tại chính địa chỉ này kèm ngày cập nhật. Người dùng có thể ngừng sử dụng và gỡ cài đặt phần mềm bất kỳ lúc nào.
Luật áp dụng
Điều khoản này được điều chỉnh bởi pháp luật Việt Nam.

Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing or using CyberTin and other software developed by Atin Productions, the user agrees to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the software.
Description of the software
CyberTin is an application that runs on the user's Mac and allows them to browse and transfer files between their own computer and their own Google Drive account. The software runs entirely on the user's machine; Atin Productions operates no intermediate server for file transfer.
The user's Google account
Users are responsible for their own Google account and the data it contains. Use of Google Drive through CyberTin is also governed by Google's own terms of service and privacy policy.
Users may revoke CyberTin's access at any time from the security settings of their Google account.
Acceptable use
Users agree not to use the software to:
- Access data they are not legally entitled to access
- Violate applicable law or the rights of others
- Distribute malicious code or unlawful content
- Tamper with, reverse engineer, or disrupt the normal operation of the software
Intellectual property
The software, its name, logo and interface are the property of Atin Productions. Users are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it. Users' own files and data remain entirely theirs.
Disclaimer of warranties
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Atin Productions does not guarantee that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.
Users should keep their own backups of important data before performing move or delete operations.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Atin Productions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the software, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption or loss of profits.
Third-party services
CyberTin connects to Google Drive through Google's official API. Atin Productions does not control and is not responsible for the availability, policy changes or outages of Google's services.
Changes and termination
Atin Productions may update the software and these terms over time. Updated versions will be published at this same address with a new revision date. Users may stop using and uninstall the software at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
